About Tammy Brankley Mulchi

Tammy Brankley Mulchi is a fourth-generation Mecklenburg County, Virginia resident. Having grown up on a tobacco farm, she has strong roots in our agricultural community. She and her husband, Randy, a Halifax County native have three daughters, a son, and six grandchildren that are the cornerstone of their life together.

Tammy is a proud conservative who voted for Donald Trump three times, and has been a relentless advocate for lower taxes, the second amendment, and protecting our values and heritage.

Tammy owns and operates a residential construction business and is a successful Realtor in Clarksville. She worked for almost two decades as a Legislative Aide to both Senator Frank Ruff and Delegate Tommy Wright. She is in a unique position to understand the needs facing our community and hit the ground running for southern Virginia without on-the-job training.

As a former member of the Clarksville Town Council, Tammy led the fight to hire a full-time Economic Development/Tourism Director so the town could grow its historic downtown and business district. In just a short period since this position has been filled, the town has been awarded many grants and been accepted into the Virginia Main Street Program.

Three years ago, Tammy started The Windsong Foundation to help mentor and assist victims of domestic abuse. The foundation has recently submitted their application for non-profit status.

Tammy and Randy put their faith in God is a top priority in all decisions of their life, business and community involvement.
